CLO is an Innovative program where agents can earn additional income/revenue outside of their estate commissions by assisting with the loan process. In order to participate in the program, the agent should partner with a Loan Officer through the CLO Program and get certified.

You can earn $400.00 in additional revenue outside of your real estate commissions by sharing a new platform and assisting in the loan process.
What Do I have to do to get involved with the CLO Program?

The catch was that to this point, HUD said only borrowers could pay real estate brokers for lending services -- it didn't say lenders could pay such fees. In 1996, however, HUD agreed that brokers could be compensated for loan origination services by lenders if certain conditions were met.
